Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Isla Mallorca & Spa garners praise for its clean and spacious rooms, with some guests specifically appreciating the sunny balconies and harbor views. The pool area stands out as lovely, featuring two separate pools alongside reasonably priced food and drinks. Its location is convenient, placing guests within a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the harbor, and about 15 minutes from Santa Catalina; while some find the breakfast hours start a little late for early risers, many enjoy the extensive breakfast buffet. Acceptable stay with MINOR issues

shower leak missing brush

The room had some noise issues. I could hear sounds from what seemed like drainage pipes above. water leaked from the shower. IRRITATING. The hotel did not provide a toilet brush, pretty odd for a 4-star place. Water with meals cost extra, despite the food being prepaid (I found this out at checkout).

spacious bathroom nice gym faulty air conditioning unhelpful staff

The room was a nice size. The bathroom was also spacious. I found the pool and outside area nice. I also thought the gym was well equipped.

The air conditioning did not work in the middle of the night. The staff did not resolve the issue. I did not get any help with it. We were super tired and were not willing to do anything at that time. The hotel wanted us to find another room at 2AM.
