Breakfast offered a wide selection. the staff were attentive and very helpful. the gym included treadmills and stationary bikes. the pools were clean. There was ample space to relax by them.

The walk to the city center took about half an hour. A taxi ride fixed that.

The room had some noise issues. I could hear sounds from what seemed like drainage pipes above. water leaked from the shower. IRRITATING. The hotel did not provide a toilet brush, pretty odd for a 4-star place. Water with meals cost extra, despite the food being prepaid (I found this out at checkout).

The room was a nice size. The bathroom was also spacious. I found the pool and outside area nice. I also thought the gym was well equipped.

The air conditioning did not work in the middle of the night. The staff did not resolve the issue. I did not get any help with it. We were super tired and were not willing to do anything at that time. The hotel wanted us to find another room at 2AM.
