the staff were always courteous and helpful. the breakfast buffet included many options. the location is quite convenient to the beach and other attractions. i stored my luggage after checkout and used the shower room before heading to the airport.
the noise from nearby rooms was sometimes audible through the walls.

The location is good, close to bars and restaurants. It was nice that the area was quiet.
I missed some essential amenities in the room. There was no fridge, inconvenient. The safes were located near reception, not in the room. Putting them in the room would feel more secure. the lack of these features.

The twin room balcony was spacious and clean. the daily room service was consistent. The beds were always neatly made. the pool was a highlight, with plenty of loungers available. i appreciated the lifeguard on duty. It gave an added sense of security.
i found the lack of a lift inconvenient, especially with luggage.

the pool area was beautiful i appreciated the variety of plants and trees the hotel maintained a lovely space. there were always plenty of sunbeds available a bonus even when arriving later in the day. the staff were very friendly and helpful especially at breakfast with many choices.
the room lacked soundproofing and noise from neighboring rooms disturbed my sleep.

staff members were kind and helpful i found most spoke several languages which aided communication. the owner greeted us warmly at check-in he personally showed us to our rooms and helped with luggage this created a cute first impression.

the hotel offers a lovely pool area with a separate area for young children it allows families to relax. i appreciated the fridge in the room it allowed keeping drinks cold. a supermarket across the street was very convenient.

The hotel had a great location near the A11 airport bus and other bus lines. i found many restaurants nearby. the hotel was walking distance to a nice beach. The area safety was good. the two swimming pools were a definite plus. I enjoyed relaxing and reading a book poolside.
the air conditioning in my room was not great.
