lovely stay with helpful staff!

lukas greeted me warmly and answered my questions. the staff are friendly and helpful. my room was clean and i enjoyed the food at the restaurant. the views were great, i would return.

the soundproofing wasn't great, i could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.

There are three outdoor pools and one indoor pool. The lower-level pool seemed to be busier. plenty of sun loungers are available and umbrellas were provided, so i didn't feel i needed to rush in the morning to reserve spots.

cheap cocktaillow quality wine

The room lacked drawers for clothing storage and offered only six hangers. The all-inclusive drinks included cheap cocktails dispensed from a machine and low quality wine. This detracted from the overall experience and did not meet expectations for a hotel in this location.
