FABULOUS Adult-Only Getaway!

I found the staff VERY pleasant and helpful. My room was spacious and well-equipped, including a fridge, safe, and kettle. I especially loved the large balcony overlooking the gardens. It was perfect for morning coffee.

The soundproofing was not great, and I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. Earplugs helped, but better sound insulation would REALLY improve the experience.

The location was convenient. The breakfast had several options. The hotel included a Koi carp pond surrounded by palm trees in the gardens. This created a very relaxing atmosphere.

The room was smaller than I expected. The shower had no water pressure. The shower temperature alternated between very hot and completely cold. I could also hear my neighbor's conversations.

the hotel has a beautiful koi carp pond and very calming gardens with huge palm trees, it was like an oasis in the city. the location was great, very close to castelle belvere, a short walk away. i found the food prices very reasonable in the hotel. restaurant service was fabulous.

I found the air conditioning to be quite loud. It made it difficult to sleep well! the ac stopped and started frequently, which caused more noise each time. i would have appreciated a quieter system.
