clean interiors helpful staff historical features

i really appreciated the hotel's beautifully presented interiors and gardens! everything felt clean. i also noticed a lot of interesting features showing the hotel and local history. i also found the staff really nice and helpful, especially the lady at reception who gave me great recommendations for exploring the area.

i found that the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great. i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

the hotel is in a peaceful area and a short walk from the marina, which i liked very much. bellver castle is nearby and definitely worth a visit. it is a great area to explore.

FABULOUS Adult-Only Getaway!

pleasant staff spacious room large balcony

I found the staff VERY pleasant and helpful. My room was spacious and well-equipped, including a fridge, safe, and kettle. I especially loved the large balcony overlooking the gardens. It was perfect for morning coffee.

The soundproofing was not great, and I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. Earplugs helped, but better sound insulation would REALLY improve the experience.

My room was clean, bright, and faced the AMAZING garden. The beds were comfortable, and the provided linens and towels were super clean. I had all I needed for a fantastic stay!!!

charming and relaxing

carp pond calming garden reasonable price

the hotel has a beautiful koi carp pond and very calming gardens with huge palm trees, it was like an oasis in the city. the location was great, very close to castelle belvere, a short walk away. i found the food prices very reasonable in the hotel. restaurant service was fabulous.

I found the air conditioning to be quite loud. It made it difficult to sleep well! the ac stopped and started frequently, which caused more noise each time. i would have appreciated a quieter system.
