i was really happy with my upgrade to the junior suite. the breakfast selection was one of the best i have experienced at a hotel. access to palma by bus is right outside the front entrance, so a car was not necessary.
the gym closes at 8 pm. i found this to be quite early. a staff member started bothering me earlier, reminding me to leave. this felt unprofessional. the sea access was basically a cliff and dangerous to swim.

I really enjoyed my stay. the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. the gym had modern equipment (i especially liked the free weights area). access to palma by bus was very convenient. The bus stop was right outside the front entrance.
unfortunately, i did find some issues. the elevators were slow and often crowded. the room service menu seemed overpriced. i also noticed that the pool lacked consistent service.

the hotel offered access to palma via bus directly outside its entrance a big plus for exploring without a car taxis were readily available and reasonably priced i found the sea access safe for swimming i enjoyed the free sun loungers and towels provided enhancing relaxation near the water.
i overheard some noise from nearby rooms occasionally a minor disturbance to the otherwise peaceful atmosphere

I found the breakfast amazing. The restaurant was also very good, i highly recommend eating there. the view from the room was lovely. The rooms were clean, and the staff were pleasant. lunch by the pool was amazing (i had the paella). everything worked well!

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They greeted me with smiles and addressed every request promptly. the hotel boasts a pool area with plentiful seating and direct access to the sea. i enjoyed the varied breakfast options that had many choices for every taste.
The elevator could sometimes be a bit slow during peak hours. It occasionally caused a slight delay.

The breakfast offered many varieties. The bus stop to Palma was conveniently in front of the hotel. The room had a lovely, clean sea view (I really enjoyed that).
The room looked old. I was on a low floor. Only two elevators serviced the building (that was a little inconvenient).
