adequate stay
central location shopping streets comfortable bedsheets poor lighting closet area small store
i appreciated the central location. it was very close to shopping streets. it was also more or less a ten minute walk to markthall. the mattress and bedsheets were superbly comfortable.
unfortunately, the room lighting was poor. i found it difficult to see things in the closet area. i needed to use my phone flashlight to fetch things in my suitcase. there was no kitchen, only a small convenience store.

easy access helpful staff coffee provision
I stayed in a comfort double room. the hotel location allowed easy access to shops. the staff were really helpful. They held my bags both on arrival and after checkout. the room had coffee and tea.
the breakfast i got required buying individual items from a small market.

non-functional television insufficient hangers
The television in my room failed to work. i found the heating equally non-functional. The room remained uncomfortably cold. there were a mere five hangers, i deem insufficient for a three-night stay.

helpful staff convenient shop in-room coffee
the staff at the front desk were always happy to help! the lounge area had a shop to purchase wine and snacks. i appreciated the coffee machine in the room. it was helpful to have a fan, to supplement the air conditioning.
The hotel was dimly lit. It felt more like a nightclub.

The lounge on the second floor offered refreshments and seating. the hotel provided fast wifi,. i found the communal lounge very useful as a workspace. It was spacious.

the hotel has a small shop on the second floor. it sold croissants and drinks. this shop is convenient for a quick breakfast option. it is open 24/7, offering hot and cold beverages.

the modern decor created a pleasant atmosphere. the room had a lavazza coffee machine! a fan supplemented the air conditioning. the bathroom and the room both felt spacious.

the hotel is near multiple tram and metro stations. i felt safe walking the streets with many shops, food options, and bars. the central station is close by. guidance from the staff was really helpful.

ok stay with some hiccups
small shower head awkward layout
the hotel location was good close to transport links
the room felt cramped i had to squeeze past the bed to reach a space for my suitcase the shower head was small this made showering unpleasant the layout was awkward too

rude staff extra charge
The hotel charged extra city tax even though I already paid it through Expedia. (That was annoying.) The front desk staff was rude and did not believe me when I said I had paid the additional charge upon arrival. She even refused to give me her name. I found that completely unprofessional.
