I loved the hotel's prime location. it was super easy to walk to the market and various shops. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i especially liked the restaurant onsite. It offered a lovely breakfast and dinner options. they also stored my luggage for me on my last day. the shower was very hot.

The room did get quite noisy at times. I could hear noise from both outside and inside the hotel. i needed to use earplugs to sleep.

The staff was always ready to assist and offer directions. they managed luggage storage efficiently and also provided prompt responses to my queries. Such dedication is rare! i appreciated their proactive assistance.

The room felt dated. the bathroom had this odd shower setup, and water spilled everywhere. I also had trouble with the room key on the last day. The staff seemed annoyed while trying to fix WHAT was described as a usual issue.

The hotel is in the historic downtown, with beautiful sights within reach. public transport is also close. The railway station is within walking distance, even with luggage. the room was clean and had space for unpacking. a desk. free wifi worked well too!

The rooms need updating. i appreciated the mini fridge. our bathroom shower flooded a good part of the bathroom each time it was used. The tiled area did not slant properly toward the drain.
