friendly staff gorgeous room great bathroom air conditioning unhelpful woman no refund
the staff were super friendly, i loved that. the room was gorgeous. the bathroom was really great.
For the price i paid, i expected air conditioning, there was none. the woman at the front desk was not very helpful. I found that disheartening. i prepaid for breakfast, but had to leave early and i was not given a refund.

perfect location helpful staff good selection
the location was perfect near the rail station. i could easily reach many places of interest from there. the staff at the reception was helpful and polite. they provided directions and answered all my questions patiently. the breakfast included a good selection of food. i had fresh bread, cheese, and fruit each morning.
the elevator was small, so it was a bit slow during peak hours.

canal view tasty sausages
The canal view from the triple room was a total treat! breakfast included bacon, scrambled eggs, and tasty sausages. It really fueled my mornings.
The triple room felt a bit cramped, even for a short stay. Luggage space was definitely limited.

The hotel offers coffee machines available around the clock. This is great! i also noticed the availability of hygiene products, like shampoo and soap, in the room. the television was modern and i easily connected to Wi-Fi.

amazing stay!
central location friendly staff convenient shop
i was so thrilled with the central location. it was really near centraal station. the staff was super friendly and helpful all the time. i really loved the little shop inside the hotel too, it had everything i needed!
the room i had was a bit too small, it was hard to move around with my luggage.

the hotel is close to the train station, so convenient for my day trips. a canal right outside added such a nice touch. i found lots of restaurants nearby too.

my room had a cozy bed, and i could even use my netflix account on the tv, it was so much fun. the bathroom was clean, and had all i needed. the room was really tidy.

The breakfast lounge area was very pleasant! The staff also kept my luggage safe before check-in so I could sightsee. It was very reassuring!
