the staff accommodated luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out with convenience.

the initial room booked felt overpriced for its size at 850€. arriving back after a day out i discovered the room had not been cleaned nor the bed made it was precisely as i left it. an additional charge of 6€ was applied for fruit consumed at the bar.

the hotel was centrally located, convenient.

the staff seemed uninterested and often preoccupied with their phones. i found the carpets in the lobby quite dirty. also, the beds were not comfortable at all, it was difficult to sleep well.
