wonderful surprises at every turn
snack bag canal view charming details
i found the staff very friendly. They gave me a nice bag with snacks when i checked out. I had a nice view of the canal right across the narrow street, that i enjoyed much. I was very happy With charming and refreshing details.
the elevator seemed slow, i thought it was a freight elevator.

the bed was comfortable. water got hot quickly in the shower, i really liked it. the hotel had a pretty cool coffee and tea machine to use anytime, it worked perfectly.

pastries were available for the clients everyday. candy was provided too, that i liked. a sweet cafe sat right across the street, i bought good sweets there for gifts and for myself.

the front desk was open 24/7. the staff helped me in any way they could, i APPRECIATED it. they gave me good tips on where to get local food and directions to move Around.

the staff gave valuable information about the surrounding area. the coffee area downstairs had many different options, all free! the location is quiet, but it is a walking distance to the center.

the hotel offers complimentary pastries and water upon arrival, this is a very nice welcome. a coffee machine is available. there is also a convenient work area who need to catch up on emails or other tasks.

the hotel is located in a beautiful area. it is close to everything, including the train station. you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere away from the crowds, yet it's still convenient to access main attractions and transportation.

although there is no breakfast served at the hotel, there are options nearby. i noticed several delicious restaurants and fun bars within walking distance. it is easy to find a satisfying meal or drink close to the hotel.

Canal-Side Charm
easy access thoughtful touch
The location was superb. It allowed easy access to many restaurants. The provided goody bag at checkout was a thoughtful touch. It included snacks for my journey. Fresh coffee was also available anytime in the lounge. It came from a fancy espresso machine.
The windows did not shut properly. Very cold air came in. I needed to sleep with earplugs because the room was noisy.

The lounge included boardgames, travel guides, coffee, tea, and treats. These items were always available for the guests. The hotel promoted using tap water or flavored tap water rather than bottled water. This aligns well with sustainability efforts.

Additional free coffee was available in the lounge. This came from a fancy espresso machine anytime, alongside an assortment of specialty teas. I found an excellent variety of restaurants and cafes very close to the hotel, so I had many dining options.
