comfortable bed clean reception
Breakfast included a good choice of items. The bed was super comfortable. The reception area had a lovely clean look. Staff provided very pleasant service.
There was no lift and my room was on the first floor.

Excellent Experience
really good breakfast homely room convenient location
The breakfast was really good! Everything tasted freshly cooked and was served hot. The room was spacious and felt very homely. it contained all necessities I could possibly need. I also found a nice lake close by, suitable for a walk after the wonderful breakfast.
I experienced no hot water from either the shower or the hot water tap in the bathroom sink during the entirety of my two-night stay. Despite notifying the reception staff twice and receiving assurances the issue would be resolved promptly, it remained unfixed.

Breakfast was really good, with freshly cooked and hot options. I found that most enjoyable. The availability of a variety of foods was appreciable! Staff were accommodating regarding dietary requirements, a very thoughtful touch.

The female receptionist, Angharad, was very polite and helpful, assisting with all my inquiries! Staff offered quick and easy check-in. Staff provided assistance with carrying bags for the guest.

The hotel's location near the M4 made it easily accessible. The city center and sea front were nearby, enabling exploration of nearby attractions! There is a lake close by for a walk.

excellent shower good parking dirty windows tired room
the room i got was large. the shower worked excellently and i was very grateful for the good parking.
the windows where dirty in my ground floor room. the room also seemed tired overall.
