I appreciated the spacious room. the pool was lovely, but the gym had sufficient equipment for a solid workout! the grounds were grand, as you'd expect from a historical building. i also found the staff friendly.
I noticed a bit of dust on the curtains in my room. It needed some extra attention.

The breakfast buffet provided many options. I found the staff very helpful . The grounds had well-kept landscaping. The hotel had a gym with several cardio machines.
The jacuzzi chemicals were a little strong. I had to limit my time in it.

i appreciated the cute staff . the leisure facilities, like the pool, were managed well. my room included a REALLY comfortable bed. i found the location scenic and quiet.
the restaurant had chairs in the conservatory with reclined backs, not ideal for dining.

the breakfast was acceptable. it filled me up for the day.
The room had peeling wallpaper, it was really run down. the bedding was dirty when i arrived, and i had to ask for it to be changed. The pillows even smelled of sweat! the restaurant service wasn't great, and the food was really disappointing. the restaurant was dirty and outdated, with broken blinds, it seemed like a big disappointment.

The food was delicious, with both breakfast and dinner exceeding my expectations. The staff were very nice. They handled every request promptly! The spa facilities were a highlight, with a lovely pool complete with recliners to relax on. (I especially loved the sauna!)
