the staff was friendly, really a credit to the place, i thought. the room itself had a bathroom, also very clean. i would come back if i am ever in this area.
sauna did smell a bit like wet dog, i can't deny it. not sure why, but it was off putting. the food was just average, not what i was hoping for.

the restaurant offered many choices with rather unique and tasty dishes. there was plentiful and delicious food at dinner, which everyone enjoyed. breakfast was lovely and had a good selection of food.

There is a pool, jacuzzi, and a sauna available to use. a chillout room in the annexe is available for guest to enjoy. sky tv was available in the room. That was a very pleasant and welcomed surprise.

staff responded to requests quickly and politely, under two minutes. the staff was very helpful and accommodating at dinner. air-conditioning was also throughout the hotel, this was appreciated during the hot summer days.

The spa facilities impressed me. The pool was big enough for a proper swim. i also appreciated having full access . the therapists were excellent and contributed to a relaxing experience!
the vinyl armchair in my room had a worn patch. the hallway carpet looked quite grubby. i found no towel rail in the bathroom, so i couldn't dry my towels.

I appreciated the spa facilities. the jacuzzi and pool were great after a long day. my room had effective air-conditioning, helpful during the warm weather. i found the staff supportive and courteous. It reminded me of home. the room had a hairdryer and a kettle.

the food was delicious. i Especially enjoyed sunday dinner, i thought it had lots of tasty veg and yummy gravy. the pool was a real treat with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi.
the tv was tiny, i could barely see it from the bed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the spacious rooms. My room included a very powerful shower. I had a great spa day with a head and neck massage. It was amazing. The location is also great, very convenient to get around.

The leisure facilities are excellent. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were very clean. Staff members were always friendly and helpful. They provided quick assistance whenever needed. I appreciated the variety at breakfast with fresh, hot options and a continental selection. The rooms had comfortable beds and air conditioning which was great.
The wifi signal was sometimes unreliable.

I stayed for a night in the hotel's beautiful room. The breakfast was tasty. I found a wide variety of options. I used the pool. It was very clean. The jacuzzi also felt very relaxing after a long day.
The room seemed a bit dated. I think it need a refresh. The bed was not particularly comfortable. I noticed the hallway carpet looked stained. The receptionist was not very cute upon my arrival.
