The spa has great facilities. i loved the outdoor hot tub. It was a good temperature. the room was clean and modern. The housekeeping service was diligent. the balcony had a view overlooking the courtyard.

The shower pressure wasn't good. it made showering difficult. the floorboards were quite noisy. I could hear movement from the room above.

the staff was lovely from the first check-in. the staff was helpful!

i expected a relaxing stay, but i was disappointed overall. prices for the hotel and restaurant seemed too high. i encountered issues that could be overlooked individually, but reading previous reviews, the same problems have been reported for over a year.

superb stay!

great storage huge bed cooked option relaxing spa

the rooms had great storage space. the beds were huge, and toiletries were replenished daily! breakfast offered both cooked and continental options. i enjoyed dinner at the hotel twice, and the cocktails were delicious. we used the pool and hot tubs, and i had a relaxing spa treatment.

the room i stayed in had cracks in the walls. i thought the general finish was poor with different colored light bulbs.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The pool was a perfect size for a relaxing swim.. The restaurant offered a nice variety of choices. I found the food to be of very high quality.

The shower had low water pressure. This made showering quite difficult.
