Options include king bedrooms with street views, king bedrooms with garden views overlooking 2.5-acre gardens, and units with two double beds. The garden suite is detached, with a private entrance to the pool patio and fire pit areas, featuring a king bed and a twin daybed. All rooms have heating and air conditioning.

The Backyard Restaurant serves a seasonal menu using local ingredients. The rear of the lobby leads to a canopied walkway to the restaurant and bar, offering both indoor seating and outdoor seating. Guests can sample seafood at the Westlake Marina's Chowder House.
