Hotel Indigo's on-site Bistro 72 restaurant serves regional wines and cuisine made from locally-grown ingredients. Bistro 72 sets the stage for Chef James Junk, who skillfully blends locally grown, organic seasonal ingredients for contemporary cuisine. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dining, poolside and fireside dining, and live entertainment Wednesday through Saturday.
