Really good Stay with Amazing Scenery

The hotel was clean. The scenery was fantastic too. I appreciated the meticulous attention to detail throughout the hotel. I was pleased with the new bathroom in my room. It felt modern and well kept. The coastal path across the road was a definite advantage.
The room was warm, especially overnight, and I found no air conditioning available, which affected my sleep quality.

Every staff member was helpful AND friendly. The family room felt spacious, its cleanliness was notable. The bathroom was gleaming. I found small details like the hairdryer attached to the mirror quite CONVENIENT. Breakfast offered a huge full English with perfectly poached eggs.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, every request met with a warm smile. Our room offered very nice views. I especially appreciated the meticulous housekeeping, with fresh towels and linens delivered daily. Dinner in the Flat Rock Bistro was delicious with a wide choice.
The corridors upstairs requires a total refurbishment due to its carpets.
