The Sea View Suites are the largest, featuring a seating area with views of the Pembrokeshire coastline. Each room includes free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, a fan, an ironing board and iron, an in-room telephone, a TV, and a hairdryer. Family Rooms include bottled water and a fridge. Executive Sea View rooms include a bay windowed seating area. Suites include one bedroom, a seating area and one bathroom with a bath and a shower.

The Flat Rock Bistro features views of the Pembrokeshire National Park. It serves lunch and dinner between 12:00pm and 9:00pm. The menu includes dishes to accommodate various tastes and dietary requirements. A varied lunch and dinner menu are served in the stylish bistro.
