excellent gym cooked food
The room included two armchairs. Breakfast featured cooked-to-order items. The spa and gym facilities are excellent. There were many spaces to relax in.

Really good stay, already planning the return

private patio beautiful toiletries helpful staff
i enjoyed a solo trip with a uniquely designed room that featured its own private patio. the well chosen things and had nice toiletries. doyle's and the brasserie provided superb dining experiences, complemented by very friendly and helpful staff.
the front of house team did not engage much with customers. i felt their approach was indifferent . i believe additional training could improve customer interactions.

lovely hotel with excellent details

friendly staff comfortable bed convenient fridge
i found the staff friendly throughout my stay. room 227 offered a very comfortable bed i slept soundly. the mini fridge was a great addition for storing drinks and snacks.
the path to the beach needs some attention it felt a bit overgrown.

shortbread treats sea view perfect service damp clothing poor food quality cold bacon
the room featured homemade shortbreads. they are delicious. the sea view from the room was amazing. it overlooked the hotel gardens. perfect service was provided at the bar brassiere.
the caravan had damp clothing overnight. food quality was poor. the gammon was too salty. the breakfast included stone cold bacon, which i returned.

delicious shortbreads sea view room decor limited entertainment pool supervision
The room called 'family room balcony' suited my needs perfectly. it included a mini fridge. shortbreads awaited us upon arrival. They tasted delicious. the sea view from the room was amazing and i relished it.
i prefer spontaneity on holiday. the pool table was often used by children without parental supervision. adults had limited options for evening entertainment.

the grounds are green and spacious. there is a lovely outdoor pool on site. following the path leads straight to the beach through a secure gate. i enjoyed its convenience.
the cinema showed only children's films. i would have liked some adult options.

Wonderful stay!

nice toiletries superb food great lido heatwave shade
I've visited many times but stayed in apartments. My wife and I decided to indulge, and it was worth it. The room was beautifully appointed with nice toiletries. The food in the Brasserie was superb. The lido was great.
The front desk staff weren't as attentive as I expected.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful (I appreciated that). Quick resolution was provided for any issues that arose . The hotel offers good little touches like freshly baked hot cross buns.

The food at breakfast and evening meals was excellent. The breakfast includes a wonderful view from the breakfast hall. Food preparation areas were super clean and easy to use. I enjoyed the Devon cream tea (especially the scones!).
