the staff was polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests! the food was of a high standard, especially breakfast with its many choices. the location was also quite convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions and services.
the pool was overcrowded, mainly because of the public access, difficult to enjoy during peak times.

Breakfast offers a wide variety of options including hot and cold dishes as well as fresh fruit and pastries. Dinner service features a diverse menu with locally sourced ingredients! the presentation was really good.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower with ample space and comfort. The bedding consisted of high thread count sheets and plush pillows! blackout curtains also.

The room was very clean, and the linen on the beds felt fantastic. The bathroom was also great. The pool and games room were perfect. They kept my children entertained on our short break. The opening hours were generous.
The hotel website did not mention it was a party night. I was informed via email after my payment. The party was quite loud with music that ended around midnight. People moved outside my room late into the night.

the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the pool was far too small. it was overcrowded with people, many of whom were not hotel guests, i think. i felt the constant banging of doors to and from the kitchen during dinner was very distracting, and it prevented any sense of relaxation.
