The Beautiful Family Room was spacious! It included a comfortable seating area. The room was recently updated. I appreciated the fresh, clean design. all the extra space for luggage and belongings.
The television remote had a few scratches.

Breakfast had good choices. There was a buffet with both hot and cold items. The dining area was bright and cheerful. the staff kept all the areas clean. I enjoyed the fresh fruit selection.

The room was super clean. Quality bedding was available, a real treat. The towels were thick and fluffy. I found the room provided excellent storage for all our luggage.

the location is excellent. it is a short walk to both the beach and the town center. parking across from the hotel was convenient, i did not experience any issues.

ABSOLUTELY amazing Stay!
perfect location many walks awesome breakfast friendly staff
The location was indeed PERFECT, right on the canal! I saw many good walks nearby. SO convenient. Breakfast was fantastic. I ate there both mornings AND had a super shared open sandwich with smoked salmon one afternoon. The staff was friendly!
There were a COUPLE of team members who seemed a bit rude at times, but it wasn't a big deal.

really good quality peaceful atmosphere cold food poor service
the location overlooks the canal, i find that to be amazing. staff were helpful, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. the room was perfectly super clean, and the bedding was of really good quality.
we waited almost an hour for our food to be served, it was longer than expected. the fries were cold, and the mushy peas had a skin. the tartar sauce also tasted odd.
