I appreciated the location as it provided easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The rooftop pool had plenty of space . Santiago at the 24-hour bar ensured everyone was well taken care of, providing prompt and friendly service. The staff members here were very helpful and accommodating .
I noticed the rooms appear a bit dated, especially with the limited availability of power points near the bedside tables.

the room was clean the linen and bed were fantastic i had a great view from my window the rooftop pool and bar area also offered a fantastic view. the location made it easy to get to both the airport and the city. i found this very convenient for my travel needs
the hotel room had some ants in the bathroom and bedroom. i informed the hotel staff about this issue customer service felt a bit slow. i had to call reception multiple times one morning before someone came to check it out it took about 45 minutes for staff to arrive

The location was fantastic with the metro right at the doorstep. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. we arrived early and our room was ready. They allowed us to check in early. the views from our room and the terrace were magnificent.
the room had body soap, shampoo, a dental kit, a shower cap, and complimentary water but no kleenex or body lotion. i would have liked those added amenities. it would have.

The location was superb, close to everything i needed. the room included a very comfortable mattress, great for restful sleep, the view from my room was nice. i also found the staff consistently helpful and friendly. They really enhanced my stay.
the drinking water was complimentary only on the first day, and subsequent bottles required payment, though the cost was minor.

the room was fine but the air conditioning was not effective. it struggled to cool the room even on the highest setting i found this uncomfortable during warmer hours. also the soundproofing seemed inadequate as i could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway this disturbed my sleep a few times.
