Very nice Hotel Stay
central location very nice djs modern design appealing lobby
The hotel location was amazing. It was very central and close to many sites. The rooftop had very nice DJs during weekend nights. My room size was good and had a modern design. The lobby was also very appealing.
Some staff wore their own, worn outfits, making it difficult to distinguish them from guests.

The room featured warm accents with neutral tones and provided a bright atmosphere. Large windows were excellent, and there were open-plan bathrooms. Select rooms included expansive terraces with jacuzzis.

The hotel provides guests with Traca restaurant which serves healthy Mediterranean dishes. Belbo Fasto restaurant offers traditional Italian food and a urban ambiance. Belbo Luma bar includes an outdoor terrace with live music.

modern lobby calming atmosphere luxurious amenities
The hotel had a modern lobby, it looked sleek. My room included floor-to-ceiling windows, these created a calming atmosphere. The bathroom was spacious, it also included luxurious amenities.
The hotel didn't replace our half-opened toothpaste. We had to pay for a new one. They didn't provide a breakdown.

rooftop pool public bath
The breakfast choices were acceptable. Nothing special.
I was disappointed. the rooftop pool felt more like a public bath, it was overcrowded with children. the noise made it hard to relax. Staff didn't seem to care.

The hotel deducted the amount of the room twice. The receptionist took me to my room, but the card did not work. The male receptionist was inconsiderate.
