The check-in process was slow! i waited on the terrace for an hour. the bathroom tap sprayed water everywhere unless it was just a trickle. also, the elevators were a mess. One was broken, and there were no signs! it was annoying..

The family suite included three separate bedrooms connected by a hallway. This was perfect. every single staff member was helpful and courteous. most of the staff speak english as well as spanish and catalan.

i found that one of the plug sockets was loose and unsafe.

The hotel location made it possible to walk to most of the tourist sites! the hotel is also a short distance to la rambla. The metro is also a few minutes away. this is very useful.

the staff i found very helpful and attentive. the hotel location i found convenient for accessing various parts of the city. i appreciated that the room has a water rinser in the toilet, this is a rare amenity in europe. the hotel overall has nicely appointed rooms and helpful staff.

a knocking noise within the wall behind the bed woke me at 7am. i reported it each morning, but only on the fourth day did they offer a room change. the bathroom had a few issues, like water stains on the shower tiles. the plug socket came out from the wall when i was unplugging the hairdryer.
