the staff i found very helpful and attentive. the hotel location i found convenient for accessing various parts of the city. i appreciated that the room has a water rinser in the toilet, this is a rare amenity in europe. the hotel overall has nicely appointed rooms and helpful staff.

a knocking noise within the wall behind the bed woke me at 7am. i reported it each morning, but only on the fourth day did they offer a room change. the bathroom had a few issues, like water stains on the shower tiles. the plug socket came out from the wall when i was unplugging the hairdryer.
