the hotel is located across the street from a useful shopping mall. it made finding meals and necessities convenient. the location near the beach walkway area provided a nice option for evening strolls. the taxi rank next to the hotel offered an easy way to get around.

the location was a big plus for me near the office. i found it great to see the sea from the window too. the room had the furniture i needed and a good amount of space (even with my luggage and clothes scattered around).

i was a bit let down by the minibar being empty. there were no complimentary water bottles in the room. the checkout process also took longer than i expected because of a slow computer system and the staff were deep in conversations with guests.

helpful staff excellent buffet great location

I enjoyed the hotel's location near the shopping mall and many dining options. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions. The hotel had a nice pool and an excellent breakfast buffet (it had a dedicated children section!).

The elevator system was a little confusing at first.
