erratic shower temperature uncomfortable pillows

The location was quite convenient, near many shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The shower's temperature was erratic, alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold without warning. This was a HUGE problem. The pillows provided were very uncomfortable, and I had trouble getting a good night's sleep as a result.

I found the hotel's location quite convenient. The nearby restaurants provided many options for dining. The room offered ample storage, which I appreciated. I enjoyed listening to the sounds of the city while relaxing in my room. It wasn't too noisy.

The WiFi service was occasionally spotty, which I noticed at times.

terrible water pressure oppressive hallway

the location was acceptable. it was easy enough to get around.

The shower had terrible water pressure, it was barely a trickle. also, the hallway felt so dark. I found it quite oppressive and not at all inviting.

breakfast had so many options i relished the assortment. the staff always had smiles, i found them very sweet. i especially loved how close it was to town, i took many leisurely walks.

the hallway felt dimly lit, almost like shadows whispered secrets i couldn't quite hear.

the hotel enjoys a good location in a nice area. access to the city center happened easily using buses or the metro. it was nice to walk around the nearby streets enjoying the atmosphere.

staff members were very informed and helpful at every turn. i found they spoke several languages fluently. i felt they assisted every guest with such care and patience making all feel like family.

broken fan rusty door

the beds were comfy and that was acceptable

the bathroom ventilation fan was broken in my room it ran all night on high speed making sleep impossible because of the constant noise i asked maintenance to fix it but the fan started squeaking instead they moved me to a different room however this room had a bathroom door that was broken and rusty making it hard to open

the bright and spacious room featured a comfortable bed i also appreciated the large shower in the room the staff were helpful and gave me a room earlier than normal the hotel is in a great area

the bathroom ventilation fan in my room was broken it ran all night at high speed , made it hard to sleep
