The staff provided excellent service at check-in. The room was clean and spacious. This. The hotel offered easy access to bus and metro transport. This made getting to the city center simple.
The parking entrance was very narrow. The room temperature was hard to regulate. It took two hours to heat the room after I arrived at midnight. I requested a room on a lower floor but this was not accommodated even though the hotel seemed empty.
