i found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to the main centre. the spa was free with access to treatments at extra expense. the hotel concierge offered multiple activities with good local knowledge.

The staff at breakfast seemed understaffed. The staff to guest ratio was low despite their excellence.

The breakfast offered a good amount of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful at breakfast. I appreciated the outside dining area. There was also an outside bar available for evenings.

I FOUND the rooms to be a bit small. The ventilation had not switched from heating to cooling. The thermostat read 24 Celsius. The hotel did provide a fan but it was still uncomfortable.

The front desk lacked proper service, it felt. Impersonal. i ordered towels, and was told to collect them myself, a strange policy. the towels themselves felt cheap, overused. and had an odd smell. Like cooking oil.

the location was convenient, a short walk to the main attractions. the hotel includes access to a spa. it was a nice perk. the concierge provided useful information regarding local activities, and this was helpful.

The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed at times. picking up amenities myself was unexpected. half of the windows in the room were blocked. This obstructed the view. the bathroom experienced flooding after showering due to the design, a design flaw.
