The staff were always available and seemed genuinely interested in helping. The grounds included a well-kept garden, perfect for a relaxing walk. The food in the restaurant was very nice (the breakfast was great!). I found good access to nearby attractions.

the location was near chandlers ford. it was pretty quiet.

The room was dusty. I found a lot of dust behind the bedside units. there was no plug socket near the bed. This made charging my phone difficult. the hot water stopped working. I was unable to shower.
