surprise. pleasant stay
ample spacegreat storagecomfortable bed
the basic room was good , it had plenty of space and storage. the large bed felt comfortable. i appreciated how i was greeted , and the ease of check in was so simple.
the location proved quite convenient for travel. car parking was available and very helpful. the room provided a decent space for luggage storage.
the room felt quite dated overall. i noticed some visible spider webs in the corners. the lack of thorough cleaning was apparent.

the location was near chandlers ford. it was pretty quiet.
The room was dusty. I found a lot of dust behind the bedside units. there was no plug socket near the bed. This made charging my phone difficult. the hot water stopped working. I was unable to shower.
