family room excellent food

The family room was huge. It included a super king, a double, and a double pull-out bed. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING!!!

I found that the shower was difficult to operate. This was a known issue, but it wasn't explained beforehand.

warm welcome perfect location dated room shower screen

i noticed the staff provided a warm welcome and were very knowledgeable regarding the local area. the location was also perfect with the main town center within walking distance.

sadly, mildew had built up on the shower screen, it did not look cleaned regularly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety. The location provides a convenient car park and garden.

The shower temperature was difficult to control. It switched from scalding to cold. The bathroom mirror was too high to be useful, and there was limited space for wash bags. The bed was comfortable but small.

dirty carpet limescale issue

the staff was acceptable, i guess.

my room was a right state. the carpet looked like it hosted a mud wrestling competition, it was bad. also, the bathroom had limescale issues on the shower screen. it seemed like it hadn't seen a scrub in ages.
