The staff was very friendly and helpful . lucia and louroes made the daily housekeeping more pleasant, which i appreciated. It was very appreciated.

i noticed the new tvs in the room had visible cables, which detracted from the room's otherwise polished appearance. they added the televisions but seemed to not consider hiding the cables. this looked quite poor.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early. the doormen were helpful with luggage, even bringing pastries for our early flight. i found the hotel in a great location, easily walkable to most places.

during my stay, the room's furniture looked a little worn! i noticed the wallpaper had some stains, and some wooden furniture had scratches. i hope they address this soon.
