The hotel is amazing for families. A football court kept the children entertained i liked that the rooftop offered excellent views and relaxation. the staff were great, and i found them very helpful. the food was also a high point, providing excellent value for the luxury experienced. It was really good!

The pool towel service was a bit unusual, requiring a trip downstairs to the spa area. You kept them for your entire stay. it wasn't a major problem. though it added a small inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently located allowing for easy walks to nearby shops. The steady stroll to the beach is about fifteen minutes! this is a very manageable distance even with children.

the staff were pleasant and helpful and responded quickly to requests. the restaurant staff was attentive, especially when taking drink orders! most employees was very happy to assist guests.

The restaurant offered a wide variety of options. There was something for everyone at each meal! breakfast and dessert were particularly enjoyable. i especially enjoyed the fresh fish on offer at the grill.

Wonderful stay

helpful staff food selection

I found the hotel clean and beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated. The food selection suited all tastes at meal times. Cleaning staff did a great job (they were always smiling!), and the air conditioning worked great and was free.

I felt that pool towels could be improved. A ten-euro deposit per towel felt inconvenient. Paying a fee each time i wanted to change it felt unnecessary and should be reviewed.

I enjoyed the rooftop pool area very much. This space included comfortable sunbeds. The hotel provided free water refill machines throughout the hotel. I found this to be very convenient.

The room's soundproofing was not very good. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms. I asked for bottled water in the lobby bar. I was told I had to pay for it.

The pool area felt wonderful. I always found a sun-bed regardless of the time. All staff members were pleasant. The restaurant provided many food choices.

The walk to the beach took fifteen minutes.

scalding hot shower faulty hairdryer

breakfast had a great freshly made omelette and freshly baked bread plus pastries.

the shower would go from a normal temperature to scalding hot and then freezing. drying my hair took much longer, as the hairdryer would cut out after a couple of minutes. i mentioned these problems on the first day, but nothing was fixed. this made my mornings quite frustrating.
