solid stay in vibrant area
rooftop bar adequate equipment
the gym included adequate equipment. i counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the rooftop bar provided a relaxing space. the ambiance was great for unwinding after exploring the city.

Joaquin at reception Was amazingly helpful. He gave great recommendations. The location offered convenient access to shops, which i appreciated. breakfast was adequate. i enjoyed my stay.

many amenities helpful staff high floor unique decor
Location was nice with many amenities and a helpful staff. The front desk staff was friendly. I got a room on a high floor. The building had unique decor and plenty of light, it.
The air conditioning barely worked in the room, but i didn't mention it at reception because it wasn't terrible.

The rooftop terrace includes sun beds with amazing views. The hotel provided free wifi and it was very fast. There is also a sky bar.

solid stay, a minor hiccup
excellent service helpful staff natural light
joaquin and carlos provided excellent customer service. they were really helpful . the room was tidy and had good natural light. it overlooked the square.
check-in felt rushed, it was not friendly. the hotel looked a little outdated. the room smelled faintly of fresh paint.

the hotel is near public transport. many restaurants and cafés are very close. getting around was very easy from this central spot.

clean room spacious room nice gym
i appreciated the very clean and spacious room. the gym was also pretty nice. i found the hotel's location quite good too.
the hotel could benefit from a few minor upgrades.

poor cleaning service old socks
The hotel's location is good and gave accessibility to many restaurants.
The cleaning service was substandard. I saw a big crisp packet on the floor after the room was cleaned. I also found old socks under the bed so cleaning clearly was not thorough. This poor cleaning is unacceptable.
