Surprised by this Adults Only Hotel

Location was nice with many amenities and a helpful staff. The front desk staff was friendly. I got a room on a high floor. The building had unique decor and plenty of light, it.
The air conditioning barely worked in the room, but i didn't mention it at reception because it wasn't terrible.

solid stay, a minor hiccup

joaquin and carlos provided excellent customer service. they were really helpful . the room was tidy and had good natural light. it overlooked the square.
check-in felt rushed, it was not friendly. the hotel looked a little outdated. the room smelled faintly of fresh paint.

i appreciated the very clean and spacious room. the gym was also pretty nice. i found the hotel's location quite good too.

The hotel's location is good and gave accessibility to many restaurants.
The cleaning service was substandard. I saw a big crisp packet on the floor after the room was cleaned. I also found old socks under the bed so cleaning clearly was not thorough. This poor cleaning is unacceptable.
