Stylish stay in a central location
attentive staff relaxing space hot dishes limited storage
I found the staff attentive. They offered assistance with directions. The rooftop pool provided a relaxing space. It had a view of the city. Breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. I also discovered the hotel is close to the Gothic Quarter. The area had shops and restaurants. I found a lovely boutique, and had delicious tapas.
The room felt somewhat small. Storage space was limited. I struggled to find space for my clothes. It caused some inconvenience .

friendly staff restaurant reservation weak massage corporate room
the staff was wonderful. rachel offered great suggestions for places to visit. she booked our restaurant reservation, and i deeply appreciated it. i also found the hotel to be very clean and well kept.
the room felt a bit corporate to me. also, the massage i received was not very strong. despite these issues, i would definitely consider staying here again. i would also recommend it to others.

The staff provided cava at check-in and offered assistance with planning. I received an unexpected upgrade to the junior suite. The room featured a comfortable bed, a lovely view, and effective air conditioning. The rooftop bar presented beautiful views of the city. Housekeeping kept my room tidy, stocked water, tea, and coffee, and left chocolates during turndown service.

The location is superb, offering easy access to main attractions. The staff were genuinely helpful and quick to assist with directions.

shower leak doorless bathroom
I was a bit underwhelmed by the bathroom setup. Its doorless design lacked privacy. the shower drain had an unpleasant odor that filled the room. plus, the shower leaked water. it seemed like form trumped function there. The room lacked warmth.

wet bathroom floor terrible soundproofing
the shower design was weird. it seemed like it was trying to be modern but just made the bathroom floor perpetually wet. also, the noise from outside was constant, i swear the street never sleeps and the soundproofing was terrible.
