I encountered two issues . the coffee machine in my room lacked supplies , a minor oversight. more concerning was the shower head. It clearly had not been cleaned recently , the water flow was quite weak.

The rooms are spacious and offer city views. I found the lounge bar very cool. The rooftop pool provides a 360-degree view. The staff was friendly and efficient in handling requests.
I noticed a slight delay in getting my room service order delivered.

The room was spacious and clean with a big, super clean bathroom. It also had a large window. Breakfast was excellent. Staff ensured all our requests were promptly fulfilled and the wi-fi was strong. I appreciated it.

i found the check-in process very efficient. my room was ready upon my early arrival, a pleasant surprise. the room was bright, clean, and spacious. the bathroom had great water pressure and a heated floor , i really enjoyed that.
the rooftop bar service felt a bit slow. i hope they improve it.

the hotel is near the palau sant jordi. it allowed easy access after the concert. the location provides convenient access to transportation options. it includes both metro and bus lines within a short walk.

i stayed in a one bed suite that had a corner aspect. the suite was fully soundproof from the street, including noise from a school opposite. the club lounge breakfast was wonderful. check-in at the club lounge was easy, and my ihg ambassador benefits were honored without any issues.
the afternoon snacks in the club lounge could have been better.
