The hotel staff were attentive and always available. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, with its lovely atmosphere and pretty views. The location was very convenient for exploring local attractions and restaurants. My room received daily chocolates, a sweet and thoughtful touch.

The bathroom lacked a bidet, a feature I missed .

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the port areawith easy access to the marina and nearby restaurants. The rooftop bar offered excellent views and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast selection was extensive and included many choices. The staff provided helpful and friendly service throughout my stay.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled, which limited my ability to adjust the room temperature precisely to my preference.

The reception staff were very cute and helpful . The hotel held our luggage when we arrived early with many suitcases. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing within walking distance.

The rooms are definitely not sound proof. Every time someone returned to their room or flushed the toilet i was woken up!

the location was really convenient for getting around (i didn't need a car). the staff were always on hand to help with any questions i had. i found them efficient too. the room i had was also clean.

i had some issues with noise at night (it was loud). the bathroom floor flooded when i used the shower. it looks like the design wasn't so good there.
