great location short walk safety gates outdated house basic toiletries

the 2 bed garden house was in a GREAT location. It was only a short walk from all the amenities. The house included everything needed for a nice holiday and had safety gates for the stairs. This stopped my toddler from climbing up and down.

The house itself was a bit outdated. I did not find any 5 star toiletries in the bathrooms. Instead, only basic shampoo and conditioner were available. I think the restaurants had to be booked days in advance, especially if you wanted to dine in the as dunas restaurant.

The resort had spacious rooms and multiple pools. This really appealed to me. i liked the availability of dining options with varied menus. staff members were attentive and helpful, especially with children, i observed. the resort also provided a welcome basket, a thoughtful touch.

the on-site supermarket, while convenient, had limited hours and sometimes lacked variety in its stock.

the staff were helpful they provided excellent service. the restaurants had a good variety of food options i thought the food was delicious. i appreciated that playgrounds were near the restaurants giving kids space to play.
