The resort offered multiple pool areas and various activities suited for different age groups. It also had a spa and a hair salon.

substandard soundproofing strong tipping culture

the resort had a large, heated pool. the breakfast offered an amazing view and tasty food!!!

Soundproofing in the room was substandard. i could clearly hear noise from the bar area and people in the corridor. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre. the tipping culture felt very strong. I sensed an expectation from the staff to tip at every interaction, which i found annoying.

EVERYTHING was great. The breakfast offered many selections. I found the gardens beautiful. Buggies are very fun for moving around the site. I enjoyed having several pools to choose from. The staff are helpful. I enjoyed the spa treatments. Everything worked PERFECTLY.

Soundproofing IS poor. I could hear noise from the corridor. Mosquitoes were present. Flies were EVERYWHERE near the loungers.

The location offers BEAUTIFUL grounds and beach access. The grounds feature gorgeous gardens and fountains. Multiple restaurants with gourmet cuisines are on the premises. It is easy to spend the whole vacation on the site.

The room was PERFECT for a couple. It had all the things I needed. I liked that the room and bathroom were cleaned every day. I appreciated the extra water, wine, and fruit. The room had a very COZY feel.
