i'm SO excited to share my stay!

excellent locationsteep hillfriendly staff

the location was EXCELLENT to the resort! the hotel sits on a steep hill, but taxis were readily available. i found the hotel consistently clean. the staff were friendly and reception was always helpful!

The pool areas seemed crowded. the hotel COULD add more sun loungers, because it was hard to find a spot by the pool. some pool toilets ARE needed. I had to walk through the hotel wet.

the pools were very clean and provided excellent amenities. i noticed the gym had a selection of equipment, providing options for maintaining fitness. the tennis court was in great condition too!

the food at the poolside bar was really good quality and reasonably priced, so convenient! breakfast offered MANY choices and it was all quite delicious. the variety easily catered to different tastes and dietary needs. i was very impressed!

i really liked the variety of pools. there was loads of space in the apartment and blackout curtains were really helpful for my children. the cot also had a comfy mattress!

the furniture in the living room and dining area was quite basic and not that comfortable. i also noticed there was no microwave in the kitchen. more drawers in the bedroom would improve the stay.

the apartment was clean and well finished. the location provide a quietness. i liked that aldi and lidl are within a short walking distance.

the appertment we stayed in was in the 3 block over, and we had to go through gates up small hills. staff in pool bar, where were many, where useless. it took a long time for food to be served and then orders where wrong.
