The bathroom door creaked audibly. The toilet lacked proper ventilation, resulting in an unpleasant odor permeating the entire room. Soundproofing was also inadequate, noises from the hallway were easily heard.

the location was quite central, so moving around was fairly easy.

The room size felt small. the air conditioning barely worked. It struggled to cool the room even when set to the lowest temperature. additionally, housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days they forgot to replenish coffee pods and shower gel, a minor but irritating problem.

The hotel offered a very convenient location, close to many attractions. The rooftop was amazing! I found the evening music entertainment at the lounge near reception wonderful. The customer service was top notch. Everybody was ready to answer every request with a smile!

The shower door did not close properly. I spoke with the staff, but I received no response. No consideration. There was no hot water for an entire day.
