the location was acceptable because taxis came right to the door.

the noise was awful. there was noise on the street outside my room until about 4am so i could barely sleep. i really think i deserve a partial refund because i would have expected, for the price, that at least the bedding would be clean.

the room had a microwave and a fridge. this was satisfactory.

the tv did not function at all. i reported it to the bar staff, but they did not seem concerned. the room heater was also inoperable, causing considerable discomfort.
