Pagier at reception was helpful and ensured I felt comfortable. I requested fresh milk , and Pagier happily provided it. The location was perfect with on-site parking available. The staff were attentive and friendly.
The room needed some minor touch-ups. There were some scuff marks on the wall.

My room featured a comfortable bed. There was a selection of tea, coffee, and bottled water in the room. The room was very clean, and I enjoyed the modern bathroom design. It was spacious as well.

The staff members are friendly and accommodating, providing really good service. Reception was always staffed and ready to assist with any inquiries. The breakfast service was prompt, and I felt very well taken care of during meal times.

The cooked breakfast was of good quality and tasted fantastic!!! The homemade food and fruit compote were particularly delicious. Fresh milk was also readily available upon request, made my morning coffee even better.

Fantastic Stay Experience

The staff offered really good service. They were really attentive to all requests. Breakfast was awesome with a choice of everything, and they brought fresh tea and juice. I arrived early for an event and the hotel allowed me to park and check in later. I'll be back!!!
The mattress on the bed was too hard. This might not suit everyone.

I found a few issues . the wardrobe in my room was only half-height. It was not suitable for hanging a dress. the wash basin was also far too small. (i really struggled with it).
