acceptable locationhot roomunhelpful staff
The location was acceptable, it provided a needed base for exploring the region.
The room had problems. Heat came up through the floor and made the room too hot. No window opened to allow any fresh air. It was not condusive to sleep, and staff offered no help. I do not go back.

the staff was amazing. they really helped when i arrived earlier than check-in time for a wedding, they found a room that was cleaned and ready.
the toilet flush button broke twice . the first time it was supposedly fixed, but the next day it failed again. the reception guy wasn't helpful. he offered a bucket instead of fixing it.
