a nice experience
friendly staff immaculate room comfy bed
the staff were very friendly and cute. the room was immaculate and the bed felt really comfy. breakfast was a fantastic experience. i will definitely consider staying again when in town.
i found that the room was poor considering the price i paid. carpets had noticeable stains, and the wallpaper was also marked. i felt it needs a refurbishment to bring it up to standard.

the hotel features a restaurant. there is also a bar on the premises. the building includes an elevator for easy access to all floors.

the staff was helpful and courteous . i was even allocated a designated parking space after a brief negotiation with reception. our friends had a blue badge and were very happy about it.

persistent drone weak water pressure
the noise really got to me. i stayed in a room near some sort of exhaust or ventilation system, because it was constantly humming. it wasn't loud, but it was a low, persistent drone and it really bothered me when i was trying to sleep. the bathroom was a bit of a letdown too, it was clean enough, but the showerhead was sputtering and the water pressure was weak, and it made taking a shower not as relaxing as it should have been.

The hotel is situated right in the city center. The room was quite large and very clean (they cleaned it every day).

Wonderful Central Stay

I found the location very convenient, right in the town centre. The free off-street parking was a real bonus, especially with the hotel being so central. I also ate at Bank 62, the on-site restaurant, and the menu offered a very nice selection of both classic and seasonal dishes.
I noticed the sound proofing between rooms could be better. I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms. This made it a little difficult to fully relax in the evenings.

My room was very clean, and all the facilities worked as expected. The bed was also large. Air conditioning worked well and was very quiet, so I slept well, which I always appreciate. I had easy access to the second floor because of the lift.

Free parking, and I did not have to pay extra. They had sister hotel leisure facilities, but I didn't have time to use them . The lift access to the upper floors was helpful.

The staff were very efficient, and everyone went out of their way to help me. They offered assistance whenever I needed. Staff had good local knowledge and were able to answer all my questions. The service was very quick during my restaurant visit too.

good parking bright room helpful staff
the hotel had very good parking, though the car park is indeed a little tight. the room was bright and warm, with everything i required for a comfortable stay. the staff was helpful . they provided assistance with directions and recommendations for local attractions.
My room lacked a thermostat, i had to manually adjust the temperature with a radiator heater and a fan. This control method was adequate, though not luxurious.
