i got a free upgrade the minute i arrived , it was the best surprise! the staff were helpful. the facilities were great and i used all of them! i loved it.

a very minor issue, the gap under the door let in a little too much light , making it slightly difficult to sleep.

the bed was very comfortable and spacious, that's something. i appreciated the size of the room and ensuite.

the self check-in kiosks were annoying, i missed having a proper reception. the bathroom seemed like it had not been updated in decades. it didn't feel like a 4-star hotel at all.

I went to the bar and grill to watch football. A staff member named Lauren greeted me with a smile and pleasant conversation while serving me. The rest of the staff were great too!

I was surprised to pay £5 for SPA access after paying £140 for the room. Most hotels include this. I think free parking should be included.

Impressed with the Hotel Facilities and Service

I thought the wedding breakfast stood out. The food had delicious presentation and flavors. Many of our guests complimented how tasty it was, a lovely bonus. The staff were attentive and professional, they made sure every guest felt well looked after.

The dj's music didn't match the vibe of the event at first , some guest recommendations helped turn the evening into a great time for everyone.
