The staff were friendly enough. I will give them that.

The room I booked, supposedly a 'superior' one, felt anything but, with tired decor. The carpet looked like it had seen better days, and the bathroom shower seemed like an afterthought. I didn't expect that especially at this price point.

the tv remote control in my room had worn-out batteries which need to be replaced.

I enjoyed the spa package a lot. The spa was clean and well-kept with great facilities. after the spa treatment, i enjoyed a three-course meal at the house. the food was really good, and the staff was very cute. They were attentive, too.

The restaurant menu looked good, but some dishes lacked seasoning. some sauces described were not as tasty as expected.
