The staff was helpful. I liked the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room (i used them every day). The bar had a good selection of beers and ciders. I found someone was completing maintenance often, so I think they are working on updates.

I found the staff very polite and helpful. The hotel offers spa facilities, breakfast, and entertainment for a reasonable price (a true value!). The swimming pool is adequate for cooling down after the sauna or steam room. Main town center is a manageable walk, even enjoyable.
The corridors near my room had a noticeable mouldy smell.

the staff was really amazing and helpful. the breakfast each morning offered great choices and fantastic value. we were close to the bus stop, and it made visiting babbacombe really easy, the location was perfect for getting around.
i had some issues accessing the wifi on my laptop, but my mobile worked fine. it was a bit inconvenient, especially since i needed my laptop for some work-related tasks.

the breakfast was excellent it had a reasonable cooked selection with attentive staff i felt welcomed there. the location provided easy parking i appreciated the good access to local attractions such as the babbacombe theatre.
the shower did not work properly i used various settings and each time i had alternating scalding hot or cold water. the room had no wardrobe there was just a hanging facility and two coat hangers which was totally insufficient.
