the manageress emily was amazing. her brother lee and his wife helped run the hotel. the best customer service i ever experienced at a hotel stay. cooked breakfast was lovely and they looked after my dog so well.

i find the cleanliness was scarce, as was the maintenance. its a shame that this place is so poorly maintained and cared for. even the little maintenance could have the charm of decadence, but the cleaning is unforgivable.

the room felt very tired. EVERYTHING looked old! and dirty. i could smell occupants next door. it was in the bathroom! the hallways smelled of mould.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. The breakfast was delicious!!! The location of the hotel was great. It was so close to the sea and shops. The room was comfy and large with a big bathroom with a bath and shower.

The television reception was poor, often losing signal. This was a bit annoying when trying to relax in the evening.

The staff gave us plates and cutlery when we ordered takeaway. They even offered the dining room for us to use. we ate in the room. The location was great. The sea view was good. The receptionist was nice and friendly.

the car park was full throughout our stay, and on-street parking was limited.
