empty dispensermotorway noise
The soap dispenser in the shower was nearly empty which was frustrating. I also found the noise from the nearby motorway quite noticeable especially at night. I had hoped for a quieter room considering the hotel's location. This impacted my sleep quality .

the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice (i liked them very much). the breakfast offered good options and friendly staff were available. i recommend it.
the set menu for dinner had limited options. the food took over an hour and it seemed like it was all deep fried from frozen.

The location was perfect. it was ideal for visiting family, and brunch was available at the bar even though i missed breakfast. big rooms were a bonus. the bar and restaurant area had a good vibe. I loved the space.
the pool needed to be booked in thirty minute sessions, which i wasn't aware of.

the staff were fantastic, especially the bar team! they were super friendly and helpful. when i ordered food, their customer service was excellent! i was impressed.
i noticed that the room was quite small. some items needed attention. plug sockets were not working properly, and the tv remote only turned the tv on and off.

The pool area was clean and inviting after my long journey. the food tasted fantastic and looked amazing when presented. my bed was comfy and the pillows were fluffy. I slept so well! breakfast was excellent. I'm already planning my return.

check-in was quick and friendly. i had requested a room swap, it went smoothly despite the hotel being fully booked. the hotel's proximity to the m5 made it easy for my travels.
the replacement heater provided heat, because the central heating system was inoperative.
