The gym offered modern machines and free weights for a good workout. The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing. The spa also featured a steam room and sauna, where i relaxed.

The lighting in some areas was poor.

The grounds were indeed beautiful. leisure facilities were lovely, especially the pool. the staff member at the spa building check-in was professional and accommodating. all staff we met were also pleasant. I appreciated their help.

i noticed the cold tap in the bathroom basin was warm. the shower also had a slight unpleasant odor. i think these plumbing issues should be addressed promptly to improve guest comfort.

The beautiful double room featured a spacious layout and comfortable beds. the bathroom included a nice deep bath. I found it very relaxing. there were also comfortable easy chairs inside, a bonus for watching tv.

the manor's location proved ideal. my room had a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. the staff demonstrated really good friendliness and a cute attitude .

the automatic lights in the bathroom turned off too quickly, causing brief periods of darkness during showers.

REALLY great SPA and NICE garden

i LIKED the calm garden to walk around. The room was really great WITH spa access. The hotel happily accepts deliveries from local restaurants because there is NO restaurant. The atmosphere was friendly, i felt so happy!

The carpet WAS quite badly marked. It needed refurbishment. the bathroom WAS cold, and the heated towel rail didn't work. it leaked a bit, but it was okay.

the room was very comfortable it had a lovely setting with extensive grounds. the bed was big and comfortable with soft feather pillows. access to a dog walking area was a big benefit for us.

i found the front door completely locked after check-in inconvenient it was a pain to retrieve items from the car.

the grounds were nice for a wander. the hotel was fully booked but nice and quiet.

the tv internet connection was dreadful and only two channels were actually available, so i had to watch tv on my mobile. also there really should be information on the website to warn potential guests that there is no restaurant. i had to order in a takeaway pizza, which wasn't really what i hoped for.
