parking space reliable wifi effective curtains

i secured a parking space fairly easily the wifi was fast and reliable i found the blackout curtains in my room especially effective i slept soundly.

the coffee cups at breakfast seemed not perfectly cleaned it was a minor detail but noticeable

spacious room excellent shower friendly staff prompt service

the spacious room impressed me, and the excellent shower provided a welcome refreshment. the steak dinner at the restaurant was fantastic!!! i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the receptionist fulfilled my requests promptly and efficiently.

i noticed a very slight delay during check-in.

i stayed one night as i was visiting for a family wedding. the room impressed me, especially the bathroom. i also liked the bar. i did not use the restaurant but as i have family nearby, i would definitely like to come back for a drink or dinner.

the hotel is dog friendly but there is no grass anywhere to take them to the toilet. i felt this was a notable inconvenience for dog owners.

central location really good service quick communication modern feel

The location was central for the carnival. rooms and facilities were really good. I appreciated the modern feel. the reception staff helped drop off documents, really useful. email communication was good. Queries were sorted quickly.

the air con was on full, but barely felt a thing. the room was stuffy and uncomfortable, and i didn't sleep well. i left early because of the warmth.

toilet wall loud people

the staff was friendly, but the wi-fi was slow.

The cleanliness was not up to par, unfortunately. i noticed stool parts on the toilet wall behind the toilet. That was pretty gross. also, the people directly above my room were loud all night. I could hear shouting and swearing, and the thuds shook the ceiling. It kept me awake!

modern room spacious room breakfast self-service toast machine

The standard room was modern and spacious. The shower design was good and water pressure was powerful.

Breakfast self-service was not good. It would have been better to have coffee and toast served at the table. Queues at the toast machine and tea and coffee machine were present even though it was not too busy.
